Her engagement with gymnastics started from a very young age as an track athlete. Later she went to the gymnastics academy continued her studies abroad, the thirst for learning and evolution is one of her characteristics and for this she has not stopped searching and staying informed.
She has been practicing yoga for about 11 years and her journey started by meeting Eva Rouspol, a great teacher who has been cured of motor problems through her yoga practices.
Since then, she has done 200 hours of yoga works, 200 hours Yandara yoga institute, 200 hours of Power yoga institute and 100 hours of Chakra vinyasa by Shiva Rea, and has worked n workshops with various recognized yoga teachers.
She is a recognized yoga teacher as a “Group & Personal Trainer” and a certified “Power Yoga Instructor” with many years of experience in the field of Fitness through her collaboration with many well-established schools and her active participation in relevant seminars.
She is active, consistent, responsible, cooperative and organizational with specialized knowledge and international certifications in Yoga and Pilates. She is also well-known for her strong practices, the instinctive and emotional understanding of the body, and her creative and immersive ways of teaching.
Her purpose is to lead through the teaching more people on the road to self-knowledge and
well-being. For this reason, and in her capacity as Intructor, she has teamed up with two
other Yoga teachers the “3elements” team. With this group, in the last 5 years, she organizes
educational programs, seminars as well as wellness & detox retreats all over Greece
(Mykonos, Crete, Paros, Aegina, Tinos and elsewhere) and abroad, in exotic places (Kerala ,
At the same time, she has created the “Power House Project“, a place where you can escape
